During my co-op work on this driving app project, we focused on fostering the user-centered design. Throughout the process, adaptability and meticulous attention to detail were key attributes, enabling the continuous refinement of our designs based on feedback. The collaborative experience it's being terrificly rewarding, and I am confident with the project.

The challenge lay in mentoring a junior designer to effectively contribute to a complex project like a driving app. The task was not only to develop their design skills but also to instill a user-centric approach and an understanding of the intricate nature of app design.

Process
The mentoring process involved a series of stages:
Understanding the Vision: We began by aligning on the project's vision and goals, ensuring a shared understanding.

Iteration and Feedback: Regular feedback sessions were conducted to review wireframes and prototypes. The junior designer remained open to constructive criticism, enabling continuous refinement.
